Getting Started

  • If you're signing up for our weekly lessons, you're welcome to join us anytime! However, if you're interested in our Everyday Sessions, you'll need to wait for the start of a new session, which happens every two weeks.

  • A towel, bathing suit, shampoo and body wash if your swimmer will shower after lessons.

  • Our check-in process is easy! All you need to do is enter your phone number on one of the iPads and take the wristband color matching your instructor's 'zone'. It's that simple!

  • We kindly ask that parents refrain from staying on deck during their child's lesson. Instead, we provide a viewing room where you can comfortably observe your child during their class. We highly encourage caregivers to take advantage of this opportunity and watch their swimmer’s lesson in its entirety. Your presence and support are greatly appreciated as your child progresses in their swimming journey!

  • We introduce the joy of swimming to our littlest water lovers as early as 4 months old, and we continue teaching through any age. Whether your child is just dipping their toes or ready to dive in, we're here to support their journey every step of the way.

General

  • Perpetual weekly lessons refer to our ongoing lesson program where students commit on a month-to-month basis. This means that once enrolled, students continue with their weekly lessons until they decide to change or withdraw from lessons. Perpetual lessons offer consistent learning and enhance progress while providing the flexibility for students to adjust their schedule on a month to month basis as needed.

  • An Everyday Session runs Monday through Friday for two weeks. Swimmers swim with the same instructor at the same time for all ten lessons. We highly recommend the ED session for all beginners, swimmers who are fearful, and especially the little ones (5 and under) who may have a hard time separating from their care giver. We also recommend the ED session for anyone wanting an intensive session to brush up on their skills.

  • Yes! The most popular levels of ED sessions are Guppy, Clown Fish, Dolphin and Tiger Shark, but we are happy to schedule an ED Session at any level upon request.

  • "Open" classes have not been assigned a specific level yet. They can be scheduled as a group class or private class upon request. While we may not always be able to fulfill every request, we will make every effort to accommodate your preferences.

  • We pride ourselves on maintaining small class sizes to guarantee top-notch quality instruction, foster strong connections, and promote steady progress for each swimmer. In our introductory classes, we welcome a maximum of 3 students. For beginner/intermediate and advanced classes, we have a maximum of 4 students per class. Our Infant/Toddler classes can accommodate up to 6 parent-child pairs.

  • During the initial stages of learning to swim, it's normal for students to experience moments of distress, especially as they are learning to trust their instructors and the water. If your child becomes upset during lessons, we recommend allowing our instructors to handle the situation. It's usually best for care givers to step back or even watch discreetly from an area where their child cannot see them. While it may be tempting to intervene, excessive parental involvement can undermine the instructor's authority and hinder the learning process. Rest assured that our instructors are skilled in handling these situations and have your child's best interests at heart. Trust in their expertise and know that your child is in good hands. That said, you know your child best and if you feel your involvement is necessary, please go on deck.

  • We aim to meet your requests for specific instructors, but please understand that availability may vary. If your preferred instructor isn't available, don't worry! We're more than happy to add your swimmer to our waitlist and keep you informed of any openings. Your satisfaction is our priority!

Pricing & Billing

  • For weekly lessons, the monthly fee may vary depending on the day of the week your swimmer is scheduled. This fluctuation is due to being charged based on the number of lessons your swimmer will attend in the month. For example, if your swimmer swims on Mondays and there are 4 Mondays in April but 5 in May, your monthly fee will be higher in May. Additionally, if you began lessons midway through the month, your monthly rate was adjusted to reflect the remaining number of lessons for that month.
